Aditya Narayan Takes A Digital Break As He Deletes All Instagram Posts; Actor Decides To Spend More Time With His Family-See His Post!
Popular television host Aditya Narayan has decided to take a break from the digital world as he has deleted all his Instagram posts. On Tuesday, he announced he is taking a digital sabbatical to spend more with his family. Aditya was an avid social media user who regularly used to share sneak peeks of his life with his fans. In his lengthy post, the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge host also revealed he deleted all his posts because he wishes to erase his previous imprints and begin afresh.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Aditya penned a lengthy note that read, “Before anyone jumps the gun, let me inform all my well wishers that I’m absolutely fine.I am on a digital break, happily spending time with my daughter, wife, parents & loved ones along with putting finishing touches to my debut album ‘Saansein’. Why have I deleted all posts from Instagram? Because it’s like my digital canvas, and I wish to erase my previous imprints and begin afresh, as if starting a new painting.”

The actor-host added, “I am also a firm believer that one must, every once in a while, disconnect from our current social confines, spend time with yourself and look within, for, that is where I have gained life’s deepest insights. Good health is only so if it’s multi dimensional. Physical, mental & spiritual. “I wish to acquire new skills and hone my old ones along with indulging in a few trivial activities. In short, spend more time in the real world, and not this digital bubble that a lot of us have made their reality. It’s as simple as that,” his note further read. Aditya also revealed that he is taking break for few months and that he will be back in July.

On the professional front, Aditya Narayan is widely known for hosting reality shows like Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge (series), X Factor India, Rising Star 3, Kitchen Champion, Indian Idol 11, Indian Idol 12, Superstar Singer 2, and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa: Sapnon Ki Shuruwaat. As a child artist, he has appeared in several Hindi films such as Pardes, Salman Khan starrer Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai, Masoom and others. In 2009 Narayan signed his first film as lead actor, Shaapit, which was directed by Vikram Bhatt. Aditya dons several hats that of a singer, actor, and host.
